Beltline is located in Calgary's city centre, south of the CPR tracks in downtown. Beltline is a high-density, urban district with a mix of residential, office, retail and public buildings in close proximity. Most residential buildings in Beltline are multi-unit. Beltline is conducive to a mix of lifestyle choices and businesses. All of these things, taken together, give Beltline an authentic urban character.
